I asked the server and she said, yes we close at 130am. However, at 1am, about 1 hour after we got the alcohol we had paid $1200 for, they called LAST CALL. I brought this to the attention of the server and they had adjusted the bill by $200 and they would give us a higher end champagne for no cost difference, as it's not my fault they didn't have what they promised, which I felt was reasonable. Now, this Victoria and I had exchanged a few emails thread back and forth in the weeks prior and I chose a package that included food but she never once informed my that my reservation time was AFTER the kitchen had closed. While we waited, I looked for the appetizer menu and asked the server when I could place that order - she then informed me (at midnight) that their kitchen closed at 9pm. She informed me that the champagne wasn't available and they would get the alcohol out soon. When we arrived the waitress had no idea that I had preordered bottles or mixers until I showed her the emails again.
We had to shove 10 people into 3 small couches. We waited on the street for 20 minutes while they found a place to put us, which ended up being back against the wall. I had to show them my email thread with Victoria, who confirmed my information and reservation 10 days prior. Now, when we arrived at 11pm, we get to the front hostess stand and they have NO RECORD of my reservation on their papers. So I booked a car service to take us and pick us up at that time. With that being said I chose 11pm and figured we'd wrap up around 3am and head home. There website says they are open until 3am and that table reservations on Friday/Sat are wither 10pm or 11pm and a maximum of 4 hours. I chose a package that was made for 10-15 girls and included 2 bottles of liquor, 2 bottles of champagne, 6 appetizers and a bachelorette gift. I went onto their website where they offer night club VIP Table packages. If you are planning a bachelorette / bachelor party do not waste your time or money on the Clevelander.
